BIO

K Blick is an artist living and working internationally whose practice develops contemporary mythology by reworking inherited myths and symbols as living structures rather than fixed narratives. Shaped by experiences of movement and displacement, her paintings resist linear storytelling through dynamic motion and visual distortion. Fragmented bodies, animals and elemental forces operate as unstable symbols, challenging anthropocentric hierarchies and evoking the shifting relationships between humans and the natural world.

Her work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Florence Biennale in Florence, Italy, and Tate Modern and Saatchi Gallery in London, UK.

Her artist residencies include a historic tile factory in Sintra, Portugal, Casa Dell’Arts in Bodrum, Turkey, and Newm Art Collection in Paris, France.

Her works are held in international private collections, including the Bulgari Private Collection and Caff Mauro Private Collection in Italy, Shahmoon Private Collection in the UK, Newm Art Collection in France, and Isabella Del Frate Rayburn Private Collection in Switzerland, as well as private collections in the USA.
